rainfall shower european buffet helpful staff
i stayed in a beautiful room for four nights. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. breakfast had a good european buffet selection, with helpful staff.
the paper cups in the room were a slight disappointment.

great variety friendly staff
i found the breakfast had lots of variety. it also tasted delicious. the staff were very cute and friendly, i liked this a lot.
the elevator didn't go to my floor. i had to carry my luggage up one flight of stairs.

rude receptionist paper cups
The breakfast offered many options including vegetarian choices.
I found a significant problem with the family room I booked . It featured a king bed and a 'dormeuse' instead of the two single beds I expected. The receptionist was unhelpful and rude. I also observed the glasses were not changed daily and there were only two paper cups.
